Step out of the doing and into the vision.

You wear a lot of hats — coach, consultant, mom, business owner, leader — and most days, you’re deep in the doing. This day is about pressing pause and giving yourself the space to think bigger.

On December 8th, join a room full of inspiring women business owners for a hands-on planning experience that will help you reflect on this past year, set clear and meaningful goals for 2026, and walk away with a simple roadmap to follow each quarter.

It’s time to stop trying to do it all and start leading your business with focus, intention, and confidence.

Plus, its more fun to do it with other business leaders!

2026 CEO Planning Experience

12-08-25 I 9:00am - 4:00pm

Verge Cowork

Trappe, PA

What to Expect

This isn’t a conference. It’s a working day designed for real conversation, real reflection, and real results.

You’ll spend the day surrounded by other driven, big-hearted women who are up to something meaningful — women who know that growth happens when you slow down long enough to plan it.

Here’s how the day flows:

Morning: Guided reflection on 2025 — what worked, what didn’t and what you’re ready to leave behind.

Midday: Create your 2026 vision and map out your goals for each quarter.

Afternoon: Build your quarterly action plan so you leave knowing exactly where to focus your time and energy.

You’ll have plenty of space for collaboration, connection, and conversation — the kind that fills your cup and reminds you why you started in the first place.

You'll Walk Away With:
  • A renewed sense of clarity about where you’re headed and why

  • A quarter-by-quarter plan that feels doable, flexible, and aligned

  • A simple system to keep your goals front and center all year long

  • A community of women who remind you that you’re not doing this alone

This Experience Is for You If:
  • You crave time to work on your business, not just in it

  • You’re ready to approach 2026 with structure and intention

  • You value deep, real conversations with other women who “get it”

  • You’re tired of feeling scattered and want a clear plan to follow

Who is this event for?

Whether you’re building momentum or leading an established brand, this experience will help you align your next steps with clarity and purpose.

It’s a day to think bigger, plan smarter, and create space for your most intentional year yet.

This is key time for you to work "on" the business growth vs. always "in" your business.

What if I am traveling from out of town?

Airport: The closest airport is Philadelphia International Airport (PHL).

Accommodations: If you are booking a hotel, there are several local options in Collegeville, Oaks and Royersford. Of course, you can book at private home through airbnb.com or vrbo.com. Our suggestion is to look for a private home in Phoenixville (a short ride away). This will ensure that you have plenty of great restaurants in walking distance.

Moving About: You can grab an Uber or Lyft to easily move about town!
